Welcome to Austen Artistry ("A2"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of my website, services, and the purchase of my handcrafted jewelry products ("Products"). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site, its services, or purchase any products.

1. General Information

A2 is a small artisan business specializing in unique, handcrafted jewelry made in Michigan. Each item is created individually, and variations in color, texture, or material are normal and part of the artistic process.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from our website. By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is true and accurate.

3. Products & Availability

All products are handmade and may vary slightly from photos.
I reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time.
Colors, textures, and gemstone characteristics may differ due to natural variations and screen settings.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
A2 reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Payment must be completed at checkout.
A2 accepts major credit cards and other payment methods listed on the "Payment Options" page, as well as at checkout.
A2 does not store payment information - transactions are processed securely through third-party processors.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
A2 is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Once shipped, fish of loss transfers to the customer.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because all items are handcrafted and often made-to-order:

Returns are accepted only for defective items or error made by A2.
Customers must contact A2 within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
Returned items but be in unused condition and in original packaging.
Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless defective.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of seller error.

7. Repairs

Repairs are only offered in cases of shipping damage.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, graphics, product descriptions/photos, and branding on this site are the property of A2. You may not reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.

9. User Accounts (WIX)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
A2 may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of Terms outlined here.

10. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the site for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
Attempt to disable or interfere with site functionality.
Copy or scrape any content without permission.
Abuse customer support in any way. .

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, A2 is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Losses due to shipping delays or third-party carrier issues.
Allergic reactions to metals or materials.
Normal wear and tear of jewelry items.
Wear and tear of jewelry items due to rough handling, improper wear etc.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the site or request a return where permitted in accordance with the above terms.

12. Warranty Disclaimer

All products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Handmade jewelry natures varies and may contain minor irregularities.

13. Privacy

Your use of this site is also govern by our Privacy Policy. A2 does not sell personal information.

14. Changes to Terms

A2 may update these Terms at any time. Updates become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
